We were iInitially tasked with removing the main fireplace, we soon discovered that its brickwork was structurally integral to the fabric of the building. This required a redesigned steelwork approach and led to the removal of the chimney across all three floors. The result was significant extra space in three bedrooms, fully insulated rooms, and a stunning classic solid wood Shaker-style kitchen featuring solid stone worktops and a downdraft extracted hob.
The result is a beautiful home that the family will enjoy for many more years.
