We were initially asked to build a rear extension. After some talks and design changes, it was decided to change the plans and renovate the house, as well as a new rear landscaped garden and patio to enjoy the summer sun.
We redesigned the downstairs layout by removing two walls and finding space for a new downstairs WC and a small utility housing the washing machine and boiler, freeing up more space in the newly installed kitchen we provided.
The property had some issues with water flooding as they were at the bottom of a hill. We installed a system to alleviate any future problems and laid a stunning new porcelain slab patio. We also landscaped the garden and built a cosy garden cabin nestled at the bottom to enjoy those long summer nights surrounded by their beautiful garden.
