I was living in the house during the build and they made sure that they left it in a good state and secure. The team built a ground floor extension for me that involved complex’s ground works. James is easy to get on with and his team are equally engaging. ( and characters in there own right). Only niggle would be the VAT. I am sure it's the same with all trades but getting a quote and then finding out VAT is on top gets irritating. But please note the five stars.
